GENERAL TERMSParts numbers in the listing are for reference, your order will come as pictured. Our new products are removed from new models and will come enclosed in our OEM packaging. Because some parts may be removed from new assembled models, minor markings or factory filled fluids may be present.
If the screws are pictured, they are included. If not, they are most likely sold separately in our hardware set for that model.
We guarantee parts will be new and functional upon arrival, but we cannot provide any warranty service after usage.
PAYMENT TERMSWe combine up to 8 days of purchases. Payment is due within 3 days from auction ending unless you are buying multiple items ending on different nights in which case payment is due within 3 days of last item purchased/won. We prefer PayPal.
SHIPPING TERMSWe welcome international bidders and US bidders alike. Our US mailing is done with USPS, UPS or FedEx at our discretion.
We do our best to ship same day or within 24 hours of cleared payment. We do NOT ship on weekends or US holidays. If we have trouble meeting our time commitment, we will contact you to work out an arrangement.
We ship worldwide using a USPS partner DHL eCommerce for our international shipments. International orders are delivered to buyer country by DHL eCommerce and then transferred for delivery via local post. This is not DHL Express and will not result in delivery by DHL in most countries. There may be COD fee from DHL if duty or VAT is warranted by your country. NO TRACKING is provided for INTERNATIONAL packages shipped with Standard International Shipping service, only a shipping confirmation. If you desire tracking and/or quicker service, you will need to request an updated invoice prior to payment.
International shipping times vary depending on country of destination, customs processing and clearance. Shipping times vary 2-6 weeks under normal conditions but can be affected by regional disruptions due to weather, holidays, labor disputes and seasonal loads.
We will not falsify customs forms so please do not ask. You the buyer are also responsible for any duties or tariffs your country along with any associated collection fees. Your package will have the purchase price on the custom form, NO EXCEPTIONS.
RETURNS POLICYWe accept returns of new inventory. Product must be in the same new condition & return cost is paid by the buyer.
If you have a change of heart and would like to return your purchase, please return within 15 days for refund of purchase price.
