TERMS OF SALE

GENERAL TERMS

Part numbers in the listing are for reference, your order will come as pictured. Our RC products are removed from new models and will come enclosed in our own packaging. Because some parts may be removed from new assembled models, minor markings or factory filled fluids may be present.

If the screws are pictured, they are included. If not, they are most likely sold separately in our hardware set for that model.

We guarantee parts will be new and functional upon arrival, but we cannot provide any warranty service after usage. The original manufacturers warranty will not be valid in most cases.

SHIPPING TERMS

We ship to all major countries as the mail system allows.

Our US mailing is done with USPS, UPS, Fedex, or Asendia USA at our discretion.

We do our best to ship same day or within 24 hours of cleared payment.

We do NOT ship on weekends or US holidays. If we have trouble meeting our time commitment, we will contact you to work out an arrangement.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship worldwide using a USPS Postal partner for our international shipments. International orders are delivered to buyer country by airmail then transferred for delivery via local post. There WILL BE a tax/duty & handling fee if duty or VAT is warranted by your country. Every country charges differently so Jennys RC is not able to provide tax estimates.

NO TRACKING may be provided for INTERNATIONAL packages shipped with Standard International Shipping service, only a shipping confirmation. If you desire tracking and/or quicker service, please select our expedited shipping service.

International shipping times vary depending on country of destination, customs processing and clearance. Shipping times vary 2-6 weeks under normal conditions but can be affected by regional disruptions due to weather, holidays, labor disputes and seasonal loads.

We will not falsify customs forms. You the buyer are also responsible for any duties or tariffs your country along with any associated collection fees. Your package will have the purchase price on the custom form, NO EXCEPTIONS.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns of new inventory. Product must be in the same new condition and return cost is paid by the buyer. If you have a change of heart and would like to return your purchase, please return within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price.
